About Me
Hello, I’m Rabia — a qualified Psychotherapist with over 10 years of experience in mental health. I’m fully accredited by the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP) and trained in a range of evidence-based approaches including:
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
Trauma-Focused CBT
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT)
Mindfulness-Based Interventions
While I work with people from all walks of life, my passion lies in supporting women living with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) who also experience anxiety, depression, PTSD, OCD, low self-esteem, or body image concerns.PCOS often comes with an emotional burden that’s too easily overlooked. I believe the psychological impact is just as important as the physical.
My therapeutic style is warm, empowering, and culturally sensitive. I aim to create a space where your experiences are met with compassion, and where care honours both your mind and your body.
